I am pleased to offer Yoga and movement classes for seniors. For the past 36 years, I have been a practitioner of yoga, 30 of them as an instructor! My extensive experience includes working with seniors and people with ailments. I have taught for Legacy Systems, and I currently hold classes at the Float Shoppe, 1515 NW 23rd. **Will travel to your facility in the Portland/Vancouver area too.**
My approach is Gentle and Personalized! Together, we can improve posture, breath, concentration, bone density, etc.
