Randy Byrnes sings the blues and plays boogie woogie, beautiful jazzy old standards, gospel, and pop tunes on Piano! He is also skilled in rock n’ roll, country, and blues! Many songs in Randy’s repertoire are easily identified with the American Song book, in a fascinating variety of rhythms and tempos sure to provide memorable experience! Randy can play your piano or organ, or bring his electric keyboard. Some of his favorite pieces include Sentimental Journey, Summertime, Georgia, Days of Wine & Roses, Moon River.
Randy started to play music as a child in Detroit, Michigan, when he heard his neighbor playing polkas in her basement, and heard how much fun was in the air. He played rock and roll organ and piano during and after college, from coast to coast with lounge and show bands. Over the last twenty years, he has become devoted to his solo and writing career in Oregon. He enjoys playing in churches in the valley and on the coast, in addition to senior facilities.
