Relax and Re-create pleasant memories through Jazz and Popular Vocal Standards from the 1930′s to the 70′s, with Gail Rasmussen and her musical friends!
I am a longtime singer with experience locally in The Westside Singers and the Elsie Stuhr Senior Center. I have also performed at several Memory Care facilities. In addition, I have sung at several jazz clubs in Portland - Tony Starlight’s Supperclub, Camellia Lounge, Ivories, Jimmy Mak’s, Vinideus Wine Bar, and Charlie’s Bistro in Vancouver.
My programs can be solo, or, depending on needs and budget, I can invite other singers to join me. I provide my own background music, but can add other musicians ( piano/bass/drum players)to suit the occasion.
I have a repertoire of 75 songs-so think of me for any occasion, including Holidays! Here are just a few titles of the many familiar songs I can sing for you:
