• Is there a charge for my facility to access or use the elderaudience site?
  No. This service is completely free of charge to you and your facility. Spread the word!
  
• How much do the performers charge?
  This varies. In fact, some performers volunteer or accept a donation. Also, depending on your specific needs and budget, performers may negotiate with you. All arrangements are between you and the performer. We do not get in the middle.
  
• Will you be getting additional performers?
  Absolutely! Check back often!
  
• I know some performers who would like to find more work-will you list them?
  Yes! Please tell them about this website or have them e mail info@elderaudience.com
  
• Do you screen the performers?
  No. Depending on your tastes and the preferences of your residents, a particular performer will either be a great fit or not so great. This is why we leave it up to you to contact performers directly to learn all you need to know. Also, note that many who are listed have links to their own website or performance clips, which gives you more information about them. PLUS, when activity directors send testimonials for performers to ElderAudience, these are added to that person’s listing. This may help you in your search and selection of entertainment.

• How do I sign up?
  At the top of this page click on How to be Listed. If you would rather not use the online process to become listed, you can contact Lindsey Bretzman (971)270-3585 or e mail info@elderaudience.com.
• I tried to submit a listing through the ElderAudience site but got error messages.

• What does it cost to be listed?
  Inquire for details on current pricing & listing plans.
  
• Do you take a cut of what facilities pay me?
  No. You work out any fees directly with the staff at the senior care facility or those who are hiring you.
• An important note from ElderAudience regarding your what you charge: Our economic slowdown is affecting everyone—all of us as individuals as well as facilities serving our seniors.
  You may find that facilities are unable to pay the rates you normally expect for your services. Please consider whether you can reduce your rates or negotiate a less expensive performance for senior facilities.
  
• I generally volunteer my services. Is ElderAudience for me?
  Absolutely! Volunteers are always welcome to be listed (for FREE) on ElderAudience.
  
• I have another job or am retired and don’t perform full time.. Can I still be listed?
  Certainly!
  
• How do I change something on my listing?

• Do I need to let you know if I perform/provide a service for a facility that found me through ElderAudience?
  We always love to hear that we’ve made a “match”-we appreciate your contacting us, but it is not required.
  
• I signed up but I am no longer able to perform. How do I remove my listing?

• I don’t see a category for the entertainment/service I provide. What should I do?
  We can help you find a category that fits your service, or we can add a new category on the website, per ElderAudience discretion.
  
• I know some performers who enjoy senior audiences-will you list them?

• Is there a way for me to showcase my talents to make me “stand out in the crowd”?
  We think you will generate more interest if you include a digital photo on your listing and fashion your description to suit a senior audience.  Including testimonials from senior facilities also helps! PLUS, we now have  inexpensive Side Bar Ads you can purchase! These are seen by everyone who visits the site, and when clicked, the reader is brought directly to your own website or to your custom ElderAudience listing. Inquire now to learn more!
