Inspirations Art- Painting, Watercolor, & Drawing Classes for Seniors
Inspirations Art offers quality classes with an experienced instructor. Cindy Allen has been an Activities Director at a Retirement Home for five years and has taught art to seniors of varying cognitive levels. She has been through the “Memories in the Making” training program sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association. Cindy has over 20 years of experience teaching art classes in other public settings as well; such as Senior Centers, Parks & Rec., public, and homeschool programs.
The classes offered are:
- Step-by-Step Instructed Acrylic Painting
- Free Form Watercolor (designed especially for Memory Care)
- Beginning Drawing.
*Classes are 1-2 hours and provide all materials.
Cindy is excited to introduce or reacquaint seniors with the rewarding and therapeutic experience that art brings!
