Jim Dalton-Simple Tai Chi
Easy-to-learn 8-step Tai Chi Form presented by Jim Dalton. Discover the power of simple Tai Chi movements, designed to help seniors improve balance, body awareness and stamina. Tai Chi sharpens all around mindfulness to help prevent falls and maintain health. Each class begins with QiGong warm-ups, gentle stretching and energizing forms.
Jim will travel to facilities on the West side of Portland or close-in surrounding area. Weekdays only.
