**Proud to announce another Theatre listing, with a twist!
Stumptown Stages is a professional musical theatre company in Portland
that offers community outreach through musical entertainment for various
events and functions! Invite them to travel to your facility with such
shows as “Frostbite Follies” (a salute to the Holiday season), or
selections from their productions of “The Wiz” and “Dreamgirls.” They also
present full productions in the community that seniors will enjoy
attending! Check out Stumptown Stages’ listing in the Theatre, Music or
Holidays categories on ElderAudience.

**Most of you are probably already know that one of our listed
restaurants, The Old Spaghetti Factory, is a terrific place in Portland
for an Italian meal. And the view is splendid too! They have asked me to
pass along
these messages appropriate for this holiday season: If you buy $25 in gift
cards, you’ll get a $5 dining certificate for your next visit! Also,
remember the Old Spaghetti Factory for special holiday lunches and
dinners, and banquets. Great for your residents as well as staff parties!
Finally, they offer catering for groups. For more information, contact

**Remember our wonderful storytellers as you plan an activity this time of
year! For example, Ken Iverson has some stories that are especially
appropriate for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. And one local
activity director shared with me, “Ken’s lighthearted warmth and
fun-loving stories make him a resident favorite!” Read more about Ken
Iverson in the Storytellers category on ElderAudience, and arrange for him
to come to your facility or event
