**A Big THANK YOU to Friends of Chamber Music, who are listed on

**Lee Wallace is a vocalist of popular songs from the 20′s through the
60′s, a la Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra, Andy Williams, Al Jolson, and
other well-known songs of the Big Band era. He presents an hour long show
with accompanist Ardeth Fullmer, and guarantees you will enjoy their

**Flutist Dawn Weiss has some exciting upcoming projects! She is editing a
piece for a CD, with her chamber music group “Trillium Winds.” It will be
a solo and chamber music CD that may be out by Christmas. Also, Dawn and
her brothers will be performing as the “Weiss Family Woodwinds” at
University of Southern California, where Dawn’s brother is on faculty.
Dawn recently submitted an application to the National Flute Association
for the “Weiss Family Woodwinds” to perform at their annual convention.

**Two upcoming PYP Concerts!!Portland Youth Philharmonic (PYP), which is
the country’s oldest youth orchestra, is presenting a FALL CONCERT on
November 14, at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, downtown Portland, at
7:30 p.m.Highlights include pieces by Verdi,Beethoven,Debussy,Bloch, and
Prokofiev. The Youth Philharmonic’s CONCERT-AT-CHRISTMAS takes place
December 26, 2009 at Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, 7:30 p.m., and
features music by Rodgers and HAmmerstein, among others. Senior ticket
pricing available for all PYP concerts.Also,special prices for groups of
